We have extensive knowledge in window blind and ring binder manufacturing, we have specialist bespoke machinery that enables us to be competitive and efficient on these projects.
Binders
Our cover making department can manufacture all kinds of binders from single creased to six crease open flap ring binders, we can produce these in either a digital laminated print covering or book cloth. We have bespoke machinery to produce more elaborate binders such as magnetic closed options, slip cases and display boxes to incorporate a volume of binders.
Finishing touchES
Have a chat with out team about what finishing touches we can add to your ring binders, we can incorporate your logo foil blocked or screen printed, embossing options, carry handles, corner pieces and much more. Incorporating shade cards and tear off samples can really add to the uniqueness of your binders.
DESIGN
Our graphic design team are on hand to help with digital visualisations of your new blinds books, all artwork images and technical information for your products goes through rigorous checks before a final sign off from the customer, we have a selection of printers that we use for all book litho work before any print commences we will have hard copies printed and sent out for approval.
Production
We have invested heavily over the years into our production facility ensuring we are streamlined and effective in producing blinds and ring binders, automated machinery such as our semi-automatic vertical blinds collator, automated print label and cut machine that can feed a 100m roll of vertical blinds this teamed with our experienced work force ensures we manufacture efficiently whilst keeping to a high quality standard.
We understand the different styles of window blinds from Venetian and roller blinds to Roman, vertical and pleated blinds. Our service offers many different styles upon which best to showcase these, such as use of patten cards, and graded sets, tabbed dividers and much more. When it comes to ring binder folders we have a vast array of backcloths, foils or screen print options available, plus finishing touches such as plate sinking, and embossing.
